Pokercode flexed Poker Tournament Strategy Skills in Feb!

Mario Mosboeck & Stefan started the month out with an insane bang winning 1 million dollars in the ACR Venom but they were not the only members winning big in February. Let’s have a look at some of the community successes that went down last month.

Mario & Stefan Win $1,000,000

It’s becoming more and more common that big tournaments are taking place online with prize money in the millions of dollars. One of those tournaments is the ACR Venom. Roland Rokita already has a big score in a previous edition of this tournament when he finished 7th for $119,000. The latest edition found not one, but two Grindhouse participants at the final table.

Mario Mosboeck, who won the $1,050 SCOOP Main Event last year, bowed out in 7th place but that earned him an impressive $230,790. Stefan Nemetz was the other Pokercode player left in the field and after 6 eliminations he came out on top for an incredible $782,062.

Grindhouse 2’s Simon Wins in Back to Back Sunday Sessions

The Original Grindhouse participants weren’t the only ones with success in February. ‘SimonLA’ had a great start of the month with a victory in the $22 Double Deuce on PokerStars for $12,471. He managed to leave 4,369 opponents behind him to claim the win, but he didn’t leave it at that for February!

Simon repeated that trick a week later when he emerged victorious in the $55 Sprint where he won against a field of 584 players. Simon was credited with the first-place prize of $2,179 and another $3,047 in bounties.

A Successful Stream for ‘Tobsen_TE9’!

Tobias ‘Tobsen_TE9’ Eichenseher is part of the Pokercode stream team and his February 14th stream was among one of the more successful broadcasts. The young streamer managed to win the $33 Daily Special on Pokercode by GGPoker for $2,046 but that wasn’t it yet. A little later in the day he also finished 3rd in the $105 Bounty Hunters Special where he won another $1,171.
