It’s a joy to open up the Team Pokercode Slack channel every single morning and to see the #Success-Celebration channel filled up with scores from all different community members from the day before. From those achieving their first 4-figure score, and those winning their first 5-figure cash, to huge life-changing scores. Let’s take a look at some of Team Pokercode’s finest achievements in the month of March.
The month started off insane with multiple of the Pokercode Grindhouse boys being in Las Vegas for tournaments like the WPT Venetian and the Wynn Spring Classics. Not everyone had the luxury of travel and most of our community members managed to achieve some very nice scores from the comfort of their homes on the online felt.

It’s already an insane achievement to cash for $1,000,000 in a lifetime worth of live poker tournaments. To do it as a group of five within the timespan of a week is absolutely mental. Grindhouse participants Roland Rokita, Mario Mosboeck, Matthias Auer, Stefan Nemetz, and Florian Gaugusch managed to do exactly that.
It all started with the $5,000 WPT Venetian Main Event on March 5th. Florian, Stefan, and Roland managed to cash the Main Event. Florian cashed for $8,365 right when they got to the money while both Stefan and Roland made a much deeper run. Stefan busted on the penultimate day in 9th-place which was worth an already impressive $73,795. Roland went on to reach the final table but disaster struck. A medical emergency, ultimately resulting in Roland losing a testicle, shook things up for Roland, but after a well thought through decision he managed to play himself onto the podium to finish in 3rd place for $363,235.

In the meantime, Mario was crushing the high roller tournaments in the Aria Resort & Casino. Mario finished 2nd in the $10,000 high roller for $93,600 and later that week he also finished 4th in the $25,000 high roller for another $120,000.
Matthias had his focus on another tournament. With an already deep run in the $3,500 Wynn Spring Classics the trophy was suddenly within reach. Busting players along the way maintaining a dominant position at the table Matthias made a heads-up deal where he took home $342,000 while his opponent won the flip for the trophy.
Community-coach Curtis started the month March with two nice scores banking him about $16,500.
Team Pokercode community member Sebarino won the Sunday $50 Fifty Stack for an impressive $14,900 score on Pokercode by GGPoker.
Phillip made a heads-up deal when he was ahead by a small margin in the $30 Sunday Marathon on Pokercode by GGPoker, cashing for $12,800.
Leo was able to claim the trophy in the $52,50 Bounty Hunters Daily Main, also on Pokercode by GGPoker winning $7,700.
