Five Card Draw

Five Card Draw is a traditional poker variant where each player is dealt five private cards and has the opportunity to exchange some or all of them after the first betting round. Players then bet again and showdown, with the best five-card hand winning. While less common in casinos today, Five Card Draw remains popular in home games and is fundamental to understanding poker hand rankings and basic strategy.
